Career coaching

“When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves” (Viktor E Frankl)

“Career coaching has made me more confident and helped me realise who I am and what I can do. The effects will last a lifetime.”

Mina Mushrif, former judge and career coaching client

Are you at a crossroads in your career and unsure where to turn?

Unfulfilled in your working life, and unclear what to do about it?

Or are you facing redundancy and trying to find a way forward?

As a professional career coach, I can help you find your own solutions - discover what you really want, assess your current situation, and identify and work through your options.

My career coaching experience began with the BBC’s CareerLink outplacement scheme, where I worked for six years with people from a wide range of professional backgrounds, most of them facing redundancy.

More recently, I have been coaching for the media charity, CTVC, and the Higher Education sector via Bulletin. I also continue to see private clients.

I hold a Post-Graduate Certificate in Career and Talent Management, specializing in Coaching, for which I was awarded a Distinction (Kingston University, 2009).

I have worked with people from a wide range of cultural and religious backgrounds and can adapt my coaching style accordingly.
